Refund and cancellation
At Skin Centives, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Refund Process:

- Provide details about the product you wish to return and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeframe:
