Return & Refund Policy – SkinCentives
At SkinCentives, we take great care to deliver high-quality skincare products made with natural ingredients and maintained under strict hygiene standards.
Because of the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been opened or delivered.
However, if you face any genuine issue such as damage during delivery or a spoiled product, we are happy to assist you with a refund or replacement as per the conditions below.
Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged during delivery, you can request a refund or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the invoice
An image of the outer packaging
At least 2 clear photos of the damaged product
Once your request is approved, we will either refund the amount within 10 days or resend the damaged item at no extra cost.
Missing Product
If any item from your order is missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

2 clear images showing the items you received
We will resend the missing product at no additional cost. (Refund is not applicable for missing items.)
Spoiled or Compromised Product
If you believe a product is spoiled or compromised, reach out to us within 10 days of delivery.

Your order number
Date of manufacture/packaging (printed on product)
Photos or a video clearly showing the issue
If the product is confirmed to be genuinely spoiled, we will offer a replacement or a full refund within 10 days.
Important Notes
No Return Policy: We do not accept product returns once opened or delivered due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Natural Variations: Slight differences in texture, color, or scent are natural with products made from natural ingredients. These are not defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
